Open Arms is committed to providing children with a caring and nurturing Christian staff who values the opportunity to share the love of Jesus with the children in their care.
Background Screening
The staff selection process includes an interview and all background screening as required by the Department of Environmental Health, including a local, state, and federal check. We are a drug free facility and testing is done prior to employment.
Continuing Personal Development
Our staff participates in continuing professional staff development opportunities that include monthly staff meetings, in-service workshops, conferences, and first aid/CPR training.
