Happy Anniversary!  What a wonderful celebration we had at Grace yesterday.  Joining together for worship and a picnic to mark 5 years of life together since we began this journey of Grace Lutheran chruch together.

How do you handle a rebuke?  Peter was rebuked by Jesus for refusing to incoraprate the message of the cross into his understanding and confession of Jesus.  Jesus words are challenging to each and every one of us.  The only way to salvaiton is through following Jesus by faith throuh His Death and Resurection applied to your life.  To deny or rebuke our sinful nature on a daily basis is what it means to follow Jesus.  Be inspired with this video concerning folliowng Jesus.

Tests are a part of our Journey. We all experience them. They help to shape and mold our character. We know that they are inevitable. Isaac did not know the adventure and test that his dad was taking him on when he set for the sacrifice. Experiencing God’s provision and presence in the midst of life’s test and trial is often very difficult. Abraham believed God and trusted in His word. God provided for him a substitute sacrifice. God provides for us in the midst of our difficulties.
